Under data protection law you, as client of Sue Rapley Art have specific rights.  To communicate these rights to you in a clear and concise manner, we are providing you with this privacy notice.

THE DATA WE PROCESS AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We record and use the following categories of personal data which may include: name, company name, address, telephone numbers, email address and website.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you make a purchase with us we share your billing details with Stripe, our payment processor. Only the necessary details are shared, read more about how Stripe manages your data here.

We use Mailchimp to assist us with newsletter sign up and management. If you chose to register to receive newsletter updates, your email and name will be stored. To read more about how Mailchimp manages your data, see here.

COOKIES

Cookies are small text files stored on your Computer when you visit certain web pages. Suerapley.co.uk uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your basket, and to remember your details if re-visiting the site.

Whilst you are client of us we will continue to store and use your personal data.  If you are a business, we will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 10 years from the date of the last invoice.  For home users we will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 5 years from the date of the last invoice. 

YOUR RIGHTS

As we process your personal data, you have certain rights.  These are a right of access, a right of rectification, a right of erasure and a right to restrict processing. 

DATA BREACHES

Should your personal data that we control be lost, stolen or otherwise breached, where this constitutes a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will contact you without delay.  We will give you the contact details of the Data Protection Officer who is dealing with the breach, explain to you the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to deal with it.
